I will never forget how when I started lifting I would get messages from people saying how it was something I really wanted to do and how that would allow me to be fit for a long time. Some guys would say that it will help me find other interesting training methods and the other guys would say that it will help them become successful as bodybuilders. I was always very skeptical because I saw the benefits of just watching the DVD and seeing how great the lifters at the top could be. I had just seen Chris Robb and even after watching his videos I was wondering maybe he has a way too many reps to start but then it started coming into my head, bulking 50 dollars a week. I got a few emails from people who had a very similar story but some of the messages were even more impressive. It got me to thinking it was too good to be true.
